a shining halo displaying
pure , clean
truth alike
up I looked, yet my hat
To the earth it falled
picked up the hat, at the same time
I picked up the covid nine hundred and nine
Tree pigeon, stands
On the high wire; firmly
Staring at each pass-byer; firmly
Staring at me. I also firmly
Staring at him; as if trying to remember
Something happened between us in our last lives
Maybe love
Maybe hatrate
Finally we passed by in a hurry, it must because of
Remembering between us, something in common called--

Ode to the Humble Abode
It doesn’t matter if a mountain is high,
It would be famous if a deity being in there.
It doesn’t matter if a lake is deep,
It would be charmed if a dragon being in it.
My house is humble,
But my morality is noble.
The overgrown moss turns the stone steps green,
The green grass reflects the rooms blue.
There are all the great scholars who I talk with.
There are not the ignorant who I associate with.
I can play my plainly decorated qin gladly.
I can read the Buddhist Scripture quietly.
No unpleasant music disturbs the peace of my ears.
No official documents erodes the health of my body.
Just like the thatched cottage of Zhu Geliang in Nanyang ,
Or the Pavilion of Ziyun in Xishu.
